Summary:
A nice apartment, in Montparnasse, just at the limit of the 6th arrondissement. Fully refurbished, under the roof, the apartment offers nice views on the Boulevard from the living room and the kitchen. The bedroom, on the back is very quiet. Small balconies add to the agreement of the apartment. A living room with a modern, well equipped kitchen. A large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed which can sleep two. A bathroom and a separate toilet. Here is a good place to spend a few weeks in one of the lively districts of Paris. The apartment is equipped with DSL access which gives access to high speed internet, to cable TV programs and unlimited free phone calls in France and to many countries (landlines). A free stone buildong from the end of the 19th.
Location:
Even if less painters are living now in Montparnasse, the district has remained quite lively. Many Brasseries (La Coupole, Le Dôme are a few steps away from the apartment), many cinemas, etc… An authentic street market Boulevard Edgar Quinet, several theaters Rue de La Gaité a few hundreds meters away from the studio.
