A unique monument which will combine the three cultural agencies of the Regional Council, currently fragmented in different parts of Grand Bordeaux: the FRAC (Regional Contemporary Art Fund), the OARA (Artistic Office of the Aquitaine region) and ECLA (Written, cinema, books, audiovisual Aquitaine).
Visitors will have direct access to three cultural agencies: one of the pillars of the arch host ECLA, which will have a 80-seat auditorium designed like a cinema, theaters and writing castings, offices and an extensive resource center. In another cell, the four levels OARA will deploy a large room to create modular gauge (up to 350 seats), dressing rooms and a large studio.
Finally, with 5000 square meters, Frac occupy half the Meca and completeness of the top three levels, as a "vessel cascade." Auditorium, exhibition spaces and permanent and temporary - finally - a storage space for the thousands of works belonging to FRAC, the most important in France.
