Bertrand,
I want to take a moment to tell you what a fantastic job Emily de Clermont has done on a very
last minute request. My clients are enroute to Paris and Emily was able
to get everything they requested - with lots of changes - confirmed before they checked in for their flight.

My client, Brenda Spira, is traveling with her 10 year old daughter, Laura, plus two other adult family members.
I know they will be in good hands when they arriving in Bordeaux tomorrow morning.
