French New Yorker Jean-Georges Vongerichten's first venture in Paris is a restaurant created in partnership with François Pinault and Luc Besson, and is situated in a neighbourhood, just a few meters away from the Rond-Point des Champs.!
Jean-Georges’ cuisine is based on the idea of “the market”, and its products (changing according to seasons). The "Chef's Table", cleverly hidden not far from the chef's kitchen, is often reserved by celebrities.
The overall aura is chic, trendy and high design, with grey and brown walls, refined raw materials, and a very soberly elegant table setting (signed by Christian Liaigre). The menu is a blend of French, Asian and Italian cuisines; original and elegant dishes in which spices and seasoning give a genuine air of refinement.
