Lilamand Confiserie

Lilamand Confiserie was founded in 1866 by Marius Lilamand, a Pâtissier-Confiseur working in the heart of the town of Saint-Rémy de Provence. In 1903, Marius’ son Justin took over the business. Justin Lilamand worked exclusively with candied fruits and set up new workshops in a former leather-tanning plant on the edge of Saint-Rémy de Provence.

Today, Pierre Lilamand continues the family business in these same historical premises. Since March 2009, the Lilamand family has added a new confiserie workshop for making Calissons, candied fruit syrups and jams. The family’s four fundamental values – patience, meticulousness, savoir-faire and quality – pervade this new workshop too.
