Dear Bertrand, I had a client rent an apartment and join her many friends for many excursions and outings while in Paris. I had a last minute notice of all the activities and excursions and your team of employees have worked very hard to help us and accommodate our customer. There have been some issues with bad weather and Sebastien worked all weekend helping our client get accommodated and rebooked on a trip to the Loire Valley from Paris. The customer Mrs. M. has been enjoying the apartment and it’s worked out great for the families. I just want you to know that I really enjoyed the team doing such hard work and helping my clients have such a great trip. Andre did a great job in choosing the apartment, Sebastien and Cecile have done a great job in accommodating the customer’s excursions. What a busy year for us all, and we are grateful for what you do for us.

  We are back from our fabulous trip to France. I wanted you to know that all the planning and attention to detail really paid off.
Every aspect of the trip went very smoothly. The airport driver was there to meet us and he was on time to take us back to the airport upon our departure. Gwen—our guide to Chartres was great. But I want to give special thanks to our guide/driver David. David was with us for 6 days from morning to night. If he was not as pleasant and personable as he was, this could have been a problem. As it turned out, David was just fantastic. He was very flexible and extremely knowledgeable about all the sites that we visited—from Monet to the Beaches of Normandy to the Chateau’s of the Loire Valley to the 400 steps at Mont Saint Michel. David truly “made” the trip for us.
All the hotels that you selected were also terrific—one was more interesting than the other.
