In the warm and cheerful atmosphere of Mathilde’s kitchen workshop in the heart of Aix en Provence’s historic quarter, you will learn how to prepare 2 to 3 typical French desserts from scratch.
 
Depending on the season, you will discover all the techniques involved in the creation of famous French desserts such as: traditional vanilla crème brûlée, Madeleines au citron, Chocolate Lava cake, shortbread with vanilla whipped cream and fresh raspberries, seasonal fruit tarts and so many more...
 
When we have finished creating our delicious dessert, we will of course happily enjoy tasting it together, along with a cup of tea or coffee.
 
Back home, you will easily be able to recreate these patisseries and impress your friends and family with your new skills and delicious offerings.
 
Recipes are given to you at the end of the course.
 
Private pastry course can be organized with a minimum of 3 people.
