Hi Bertrand and Cecile,

First and foremost, thank you for the generous services offered during my stay in Paris earlier this month. I was very impressed with my guided day in Versailles with Linda and Decouvertes’ service and quality overall.

We love what you do, and I am so appreciative of the help Cecile (one of the Ceciles???) - Sebastien and Cynthia have given us on planning this very price concious student trip to France for MICDS.
 
I think you have done and are planning a trip for friends of mine from New Orleans as well - The Historic New Orleans Collection 
(HNOC).  At least I think you did last year---- I told Priscilla they could not be in better hands!

Thought I would let you know that the Stevens had a great trip and thank you for taking care of all the changes along the route! Everything went get and the girls loved the cooking class and said the teacher was awesome and learned alot! The guides to the winery was very good as well. They enjoyed the entire time and I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help with the trip! I will let you know when I have other clients coming your way.

We have just returned from our Voyager Club journey.
I cannot say enough for Brigitte and our driver "Justia??" (I am not
spelling his name correctly). They were both wonderful everyone loved the place we had lunch.
I think by the end of the event, everyone was basically happy and
contented. The winery was lovely .

Notre journee en Normandie s’est tres bien passé. Annie, la guide, etait excellent et Sergio, le chauffeur, charmant. Nous sommes ravis par la qualite de votre prestation et je souhaite vous envoyer mes prochains clients. En general je n’ai pas beaucoup de demandes l’hiver mais a partir d’avril ca devrait commencer. Je ne manquerai pas de vous contacter.

I just spoke with my colleague in Paris, Alex Michaud.  Alex told me he met Sandrine and therefore I am copying her as well now.

I am writing as a follow up to your recent FAM with Valerie Wilson Travel and Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Paris.

I heard nothing but amazing response and to that end I am writing to you today.

We just wanted to tell you from beginning to end it was the greatest trip ever. We had the most knowledgable guide when we arrived - a young 27 year old guy who was as much fuin as he knew just what we wanted to see.

The highlght of the trip was the Seine boat cruise with wonderful dinner and wine which you did for us. We all toasted you as we rode along.

Thank you so much for that special treat. And thanks for planning a wonderful trip for us.

Last July I had a wonderful trip to your beautiful Provence.  My assigned guide was Joe who began as a guide, but the trip ended with him as a friend.   I decided that I had seen enough churches, so Joe showed me all of the out of the way places that were so very charming.  I learned that when Joe would begin to say, "Would you like......", I would immediately say, "Yes!".  His suggestion was always very interesting .
